If you wanted to buy some 99.6% alumina, but wanted much better dielectric constant control than Coors is willing to give you (say er +/- 0.025), where would you go?
Hi
You can try Nanowavetech (http://www.nanowavetech.com/).
I have used them some years ago doing some thinfilm projects, but I do not remember specifications of their alumina.
I just looked at there homepage and can see they have changed it a lot, before you could see specsifications of the substrates. Now you have to contact them.
Hope it helps
Regards
