need software to measure S-parameters
i have hspice but i am facing some problems with it
plz tell me some downloadable RF software to measure S-parameters

If you ae in a university, you can get cadence. However, I am not aware of any freeware to measure s-parameters.
The alternative is that in hspice - you can artificially program it with the equaltions for s-parameters to get s-par. I have done this in school and it is a bit painful - but it works.
you can use from software microwave office 2006. this software is about simulating in high frequency.
Perhaps try Ansoft Designer SV (Student Version).
It is free, downloadable from Ansoft.
guys, do you know how to test S-parameters in practise?
I think the s-parameter which is given by manufactory is limited in simulation.
Use a network analyazer, Agilent's.
