I want to design the circuit and its matching values in other frequencies except the ones given in datasheet(450MHZ,900,1800MHZ),how to calculate matching values?There is no data in datasheet,...

It seems that general S-parameters are missing in the data sheet. S-parameters are only given for the specific applications, which includes the input/output matching circuits.

General S-parameters should be available upon request, email sales-support@rfmd.com and ask them.

I need some info on S parameters and matching circuit relationship,I need to know how to calculate the input impedance of a components using its s parameters at a frequency and then using softwares like as ZMATCH I can find ciruit for 50 ohm matching.


BTW: who have the RF3809 s-parameters?
