Any book about practical LNA design
I dont remember the name correctly. It should be something like "CMOS Analog RF circuit design" by T. H. Lee. It is a real class.
Microwave Transistor Amplifier;
Guillermo Gonzalez
how about pozar's book?
POZAR is very good book for general microwave systems.
Gonzales is focus on LNA so its better for that purpose.
Hello,
Have a look to "Circuit Design for RF Transceivers" by Leenaerts, Van der Tang and Cicero S. Vaucher. There is a practical chapter on LNA design.
Moreover, you should take a look to IEEE papers. There are plenty on LNA design.
Good luck.
Interate COMS LNA or LNA used in the basestaion like in a TMA? There are 2 different categories.
for LNA design , u can check Gonzalez book or Practical Rf Circuit Design for Modern Wireless systems
they both give u a good insight of LNA design
Please have a look at
LNA-ESD Co-Design for Fully Integrated CMOS Wireless Receivers (The Springer International Series in Engineering and Computer Science) by Paul Leroux and Michiel Steyaert (Hardcover - Nov 7, 2005)
Thanks for all reply
What I interest is about LNA in RFIC design
for RFIC , check Tom Lee book , and Claven Pelet
they are good books
