How to Increase the Q of theEmbedded Inductor in LTCC

Hi All,

Can you please Suggent me how to increase Q of inductors and capacitors in LTCC substrate.

LTCC Material:

Er=9.4, Tloss= 0.0014 Dielectric Thickness= 0.05mm, Conductor= 0.01mm silver.

If is possible: make a circular inductor (higher Q than other shapes), try increase the metal thickness and try to increase the Inductance (L) increasing the number of turns [Q=(2*Pi*f*L)/Rs]
