How to plot the c-v curve of MOS varactor using Cadence?

can you please restate your question.... it is unclear.... what do you mean by saying thenote....

i was unable to plot the capacitance -voltage cuve for the varactor MOS

simulation of capacitance and inductance of L and C using cadence spectre

i've seen it as DC analysis value... i.e at the start of simulation only.... will try and find how to plot it as a curve...
