thanks. it is useful for me but i have some questions to ask:
1. the zap file i unarchived already but how can I put in my design and use it?
2. the spice model (PSP) file how to put in the library and use it?
the zap file , from the main window , select unarchive , and hen browse the file and open it
the PSP u need to use the netlist converter to make it for ADS

go to the folder and copy the contents of network folder and paste them in the networks folder in ur project

the PSP file is a text file , in ads fileenu select import and then sect spice netlist , and in more oprion make it Pspice netlist
and ok , ADS will convert the file t anothoer file can be used in ADS smulation

yeah , this is a netlist include , which make ADS include the netlist file u have imported to the simulation
but do u know the PSP file is just the model , or the compleet HEMT subcircuit

sorry dont understand what you mean by just a model? i can c the layout as well...but dont know how to use it if in a schematic.
i mean the model only not complete tranasisotr with packgae and other parasitics

you can do it by using a sub-circuit.
