Power VS Bandwidth

Hello

I'm designing a 1 to 2 GHz balanced PA by using the MRF284, class A biased. I have the impedance given by the data sheet only from 1.8 to 2 GHz, and the S parameters for the whole band. I'm looking the best output matching in order to achieve the strongest output power but i should need of the Z22 in the whole band.
Could anyone give me some ideas?

S parameters are dedicated for low signal mode.
To get the optimum match for maximum output power you have to do a load-pull measurement, or simulation (if you have the high power model for that transistor)
