Hi all,
I am working on RFID system design. currently, I am working on the RF-to-DC converter part. I use cadence for this design but I have a hard time to simulate my system because:
1.It is pretty hard to generate the OOK waveform I want. and
2.It takes a long time to run the whole simulation.
Therefore, I would like to know if there is any better EDA tool for RFID design.
Thank you so much.

ADS or MWO, but their prices are hilarious high.
The art of simulation is basically in finding a appropriate abstraction level. I'm not particular familar with cadence simulator, but I guess, any tool can be used with an intelligent simulation setup.
I have peviously used Pspice, together with coupled inductor parameters from a 3D FEM tool (FastHenry) for ISO14443 related simulations.
Ansoft, Sonnet
ADS is a very good tool for RFID design, some good examples also there
ADS. You can use WLAN examples to construct your own RFID test bench.
