need power devider tutor
i need tutorial about power devider in microstrip. now im designing Microstrip antenna that coupling by fork transmission line. in this case i dont know how to design it..
and the picture is like this. this is the transmission line and I dont know to create it

One candidate for a divider is what is known as a "Wilkinson divider". Search on it and you should find a wealth of information both on this site and on the web. Without knowing more about your application it is hard to make a more focused recommendation.
That picture looks like a guy standing sideways giving the thumbs-up sign.
Azulykit had good advice. Is the power splitter part of the antenna?
Yendori
yup.....the power divider is a part of antenna n the function for feeding line. any one have the tutor please sent it to me
OK thx b 4. for the pict it's wrong pict.....
the pict is like fork i want to make divider like fork. and i dont know how long the thrunk of fork.
may be any one can help me.
how to long to make it ?
I think it's quite easy to make a power divider for microstrip antenna. This is the sample of power divider. The rule of thumps is the impedance of each port is must matched with 50 ohm.
ok thanks
and then how to determine the length and width of the arm......do you have basic theory of that....
To determine the length and width of the strip line you can use the aid of txline. You can download it from h++p://www.appwave.com. It's free software. But, remember, the result from txline is just for starting point not as final result. You should 'tune' again directly from your simulation and depend on the substrate that will be used.
The other thing that must you know is about quarter wave impedance matching. You can read it from literature. I think microwave engineering by David M. Pozar is a good book the learn about power divider and other microwave stuff.
okey thank freqzt.......i'll download it
this attachment have pd interducion
