help on suspended microstrip antenna

hello everybody !
i would like to know how to calculate the dimensions of a suspended patch antenna.
F=2.45 GHz material is Neltec εr=2.2 and h=0.38mm.
the substrate is describe as below.
ground/air=6mm/neltec/patch.
if you have paper about that thanks for your answer.

Try to use HFSS simulation. it works.

thanks for your reply but, i know how to calculate the dimension of a patch but i don't know how to find them when you have a air gap beetween the ground and the substrate. if somebody knows....
i found formulas about how to get effective ε for a suspended microstrip line but my question is how to get W and L of a patch when this patch is on air gap.
in my case, i've got er1 for the substrate=2.2,h=0.38mm and the εr2 of the air=1 and H=6mm.
