monitor signal

I need to realize monitor signal -30 dB +-2dB,but I have problem with the width of band. how I can compensate monitor in all bands frm GSM to UMTS.thanx

You can see a narrow signal using a wider RBW, but you can?t see a wider signal using a narrow BW.
So, use wider BW (3.84MHz) for both, GSM and UMTS.
