design a push pull amplifier books

Hi!I 'm very poor in design Balance amplifier and Push-pull amplifier,So I want find some books to learn, plz suggesting.

I would recommend the following books:
David M. Pozar: Microwave Engineering,
Vendelin, Pavio and Rohde: Microwave Circuit Design using Linear and
Nonlinear Techniques.

Balanced amplifiers are covered in detail, but push-pull is not.
Probably push-pull is not very popular in microwave frequencies.
