Does IIP3 vary with w, l of single RFCMOSFET?

I measured some single RFCMOS devices and found that IIP3 vary with w and l,
IIP3 decreases as the width increases and the length decreases.

Can anybody tell me is that true? And give me the instructions of the physical mechnisms. Thanks!
