calculating the conversion gain in cadence?

hi every one!
i found a problem to calculate the conversion gain in a mixer using Spectre RF.
i heve read the spctre RF but it is so complicated.
so is it possible to try some thing else in Cadense like using FFT?
if it is possible how can i do it ? please i am in the bottle neck.
