thanks
Here you can find some useful diode literatures.

Literature about Step Recovery Diodes and Comb Generators
(Agilent Technologies no longer manufactures Step Recovery Diodes. This literature is now obsolete.)
* AN 918: Pulse and Waveform Generation with Step Recovery Diodes
* AN 928: Ku Band Step Recovery Multipliers
* AN 983: Comb Generator Simplifies Multiplier Design

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION.

Hi I want to design varactor multiplier at Ka-band. I have simulated one design and I am getting 40% efficiency. But when I am fabricating I am not getting proper result. Can u help me to find out any document relevant to this?
Gorilla, technically what you made is called a "comb generator", not a "frequency multiplier". Frequency multiplier implies 1 dominant output frequency, usually caused by a tuned resonator or a vector cancellation technique (as in an transformer).
Akrcal, Ka band is pretty high frequency! You can have all sorts of loss in the circuit or the diode that you have not modeled properly. You can have parasitic effects that have not been modeled properly, so the diode is not getting the required impedances at each frequency.
