how the polar plot of microstrip antenna E-theta vs theta is done in IE3D and also E-phi vs theta is done in IE3D ?

Follow the path Patternview->Display->2Dpattern.
In 2D pattern display,you can select plot style as either cartesian or polar.
Refer to the attached figure.
Also you can select your desired theta and phi angles.
