parabolic antenna pattern

There are many types of parabolic antennas and their patterns differ significantly.
Assuming that you mean on classical parabolic reflector with front feed, pattern is called " pencil - beam ", and its 3D chart is illustrated on the following picture.

what is the beamwidth of the pattern you upload? what is the usual beamwidth of parabolic antennas with front feed?

On this picture beamwidth is about 0.5°.

Usually beamwidth is about 1°.

Yes. Pattern depends of both, reflector and the feed.

OK, but i' m dealing with radars, so reference covers radar antennas. (also and some basic terms)

Merril I. Sklonik: Radar Handbook 2nd ed., McGraw - Hill. inc, 1990.

Chapter 6 covers antennas and chapter 7 covers phased antennas arrays.

It is little older book, but it is very good.

You might find a software package "SABOR" interesting. For serious analysis TICRA is often used.
