Hi all,
I want to measure the s-Parameter of a SMD inductor in my test setup. I built a short, through and Line standard. I had taken care that Line standard is having more length than through to accomadate 50 deg(20<line phase<160) Phase difference.
What is the procedure for TRL calibration. I am using Agilent 8753A network analyzer.
