Use a coil with a 1 H value! I'm pretty sure no other signals than DC will pass.

did u mean that the symbol dc_feed in agilent ads is like an inductance coil? and property of an inductor is to block ac signals and allow dc signals. That is what I understood from your reply. By using 1H inductor in other CAD softwares, we can use this property to allow only dc signals.

It indeed act like an RF choke. But it would be too simple to say that an inductor is only used for blocking AC ... If the value is not that unreasonably high as 1H, it's influence should be taken into account by simulation for example ...
