error in HFSS

when I validate I don't get any warning however when I run I get the above error.

There is probably something wrong with your model. I have occasionally "fixed" this type of problem by redrawing the model (from scratch). Validate does not always catch all the problems.
If the model isn't too complicated that may be the easiest solution. Another technique is to look carefully at the model at a high magnification to see if there are spikes or stray edges that do not belong.
mesh generation fails means some overlapping regions are there which are not properly defined and this leads to mesh not being generated
either you check the design layers or redraw it
please make sure the maximum mesh length you have given is proper otherwise this error occur. Also as akedar says the region might overlapping. Check the corners and the intersection of your models.
you probabely intersect 2 rod together, make sure your insertion have no tiny edges.
