Active device undered the RF inductors
There is not enough information. What is the size of inductor and distance to your active device? Is it IC or PCB board? What is the frequency? Is there sinusoidal or pulse signal and what is the level? Is there any shielding or via around? Often it is possible to calculate the coupling, sometimes simulation is necessary.
The size of the inductor is around 200um, I have my LNA's cascode transistors in the center of it. It is a 4.5 turn inductor, having a inductance of around 7nH. My frequency is 2GHz, no shield.
How can I simulate the coupling effect?
I think there are two ways to determine the coupling. The first is to use EM simulator and it may the most accurate way if you have all the information that EM simulator need. The second way is to calculate coupling with some equations (sometimes empirical). If you need such equation(s) I may check my books.
