help: how to install asitic?

I encouter some problems when using asitic. I downloaded asitic_linux version and common files from the website and decompress them.
When type file asitic_linux, it shows:
ELF 32-bit LSB executable 80386 Version 1, dynamically linked, stripped
Then I type echo S path, and copy the file asitic_linux into one of the shown directories.
Then I type asitic, but I can not start asitic. It says permission denied. Do yuu know why? What's the correct procedure to install asitic?
