Design a Microwave link using CAD

Hi ALL,

I am just a fresh comm engineering Graduate, I've a little Q

If I want to design a microwave Link (100km distance in between)
So, What is the steps ? and What's The need of using (AutoCAD) in that Work ?

I am not working yet in RF field ,But I want to understand that Work
So, Would any one give me a brief about that ?
