how to extract RLC extracted file in latest cadence?

Hi all
I heard the latest candece does not support Assura RCX any more and there has new way to extract file, does anyone have experience on it and can give me some help or some suggestion to read, it will be greatly appreciated. I am using cadence version 5.1.0.

What does it mean "RCX problems" ? Be more specific please.

I just can not extracted it, I attached the error graph. It seems we do not have licence for RCX, if it is true, is there another way to extract it?

You just have license problem over RCX..(talk to admin..)

If your technology files doesn't support anything but Assura, you got nothing to do..
Because RCX extraction rules are defined in tech. file and they are tool depended.
