Broadband Low noise amplifier

Hi Friends
Has anyone designed Broadband Low noise amplifier using transistor LPD200P70 (Filtronic) ?
I would appreciate if some one share the lessons they have learnt by using this transistor.
any do's & don't for broad band amplifier design.
I want to design 1-3GHz Broad band LNA.
NF i am looking for is 0.8dB.
Gain of 30 dB will be ok for me ( 2 stage LNA)
