Microstrip to bifilar line

I need a transition from microstrip to bifilar line to feed a printed dipole.

Can anyone help me?

Then you need a balun, this can be made as a 180deg coupler, or another solution.

Of course you are right, but it is not so easy.

I have the ground plane of the microstrip to elliminate. If I don't do that the dipole can't radiate. but it can't be done so easily

You need a microstrip Coupled Line Balun or a Marchand Balun.
