COAX simulation circuit

Hi All,
I am working on a project where two XDSL modems are used to establish an ethernet connection over 7km of COAX.
The COAX cable is fitted to a Russian research vessel and I don't have access to it for quite some time.
I would like to build a circuit that can approximate the load that the 7km COAX would present to the modems to do some tests on the achievable data rates.
I have very little information on the cable:
Coax cable KGP-1-190
Length: 7000m
Diameter: 20 mm
DC resistance: coax center - 5 Ohm/km
coax shield - 5 Ohm/km
Insulation resistance: 20000 MOhm/km
Impedance: 50 Ohm/km
Attenuation: 1 MHz 5 dB/km
5 MHz 10 dB/km
Could anyone recommend a circuit to simulate this cable, or point me to some additional reading?
Is this even do-able?
Thank you for your comments.
