bfr540 spice

dear all,
I designed a power amplifier with frequency = 433MHz,and power = 50mW.
used a BJT of BFR540, but in the datasheet only the S-perameter working at A-class.
How can I get the S-perameter working at C-class?

Class C is very nonlinear class , and S parameters are by nature are linear parameters. so i think u can't get S paramters for the BJT working in Class C

Use a nonlinear SPICE model of BFR540. It is available here:

how to use the SPICE model in ADS?

there is a spice netlist converter in ADS , so u can convert any spice netlist including the model into ADS netlist or schematic.
check the manuals
