Hello,
I am looking for materials that have very high relative permittivity values; in the order of 30 - 50. I know these materials will be very lossy, but I need to know what kind of materials have these kind of high values.
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
in what frequency ?
Sorry! I am interested in the S band (2 - 4 GHz) THanks.
Companies that sale dielectric resonators (muRata, trans tech) have low loss high k materials. If you want lossy dielectric, try glycerin or distilled water.
Here is a web site that goes over several different dielectric constants:

I searched through appCAD for you and only found things between 1 and 14 and then 100 - 600.
Good luck with your search, what do you need this material for?
maybe u can take a look a this website too...
a lots of material...
