Waveguide attenuator - CST MWS

Hi,

can you help me please, how can I simalute waveguide attenuator (picture) in CST Microwave studio ? Is the dielectric slide with very thin resistive film. What set of parameter CST MW is the best for simulation ? For example how can i set mesh, material etc.... ?
