dipole antenna for fm

Hi everyone, i need to design a dipole antenna for a FM frequency (eg: 100Mhz)
and to work on a laptop.

i have ansoft designer 4 to simulate when i need to.

I need some ideas where i can start, any readings, books, tutorials, or any other thing that might help.
