design rule explaination

Hi guys
Is there a good source to help you understand design rule error and how to solve it? Some time it is hard to know why the manual talks about. Just curious!

What I understand from your question, the design rules are being set by the user and when there is some error occurs, it will inform you that you are going against the design rules set by you (or it should be set by user otherwise, the default set is always there)
