Mems capacitor with high tuning range 200:1

Hi rahul!
what ever is claimed may not be reality!
200% is possible.

btw when it is normal suppose 1pf then maximum tuning should be 200pf.
does it makes sense, otherwise ask once again

yeha u r right ..200:1 may mean that but i was thinking it as its the ratio between the highest capacitance to the lowest one , i mean if a capacitor ranges from 1.5 to 33.2 pf, its tuning ratio is 22:1.

only way i understand this is that 33.2/1.5 = 22.1

so this way the tuning ratio becomes 22:1. what do u say about this concept?

do u have any idea about pull in concept in MEMS, even it won't allow the 22:1 ratio also
