what is the cause of frequency drift￡?

i want to design oscillator,and i have a question:the frequency drift.i want to know the cause of drift and corresponding solutions.Anyone can help me？

It could be the temperature, time, dieltric ot permitivity variation, voltage or bias drift etc.
