im just wandering how can i design a capacitor with optimum capacitance using metal 1 and poly1 in a given dimensions L=21um, W=100um using electric. and what is the formula in computing the capacitance. Im confuse which structure is the best, whether woven or interdigitated or others. also how can I check using LTspice capacitance value of the layout.
