MIMO antenna simulation

I 'm researching a topic about MIMO antenna . I don't know what is the software what can help me simulate optimully. Is that XFDTD, or FEKO or HFSS ?
I 'm used to using FEKO.Is FEKO able simulate the transient feild ?
