Help in designing RFID tag antenna

Hi Guys,
I am a student doing a project, designing a RFID tag antenna for 13.56MHz applications. I need some advise on what parameters do I need e.g L, W, S.
I have 4 substrate layers, Free space, Alumia, Adhesive, PET. How many layers do I need to draw? 4 layers? I drew only 1 currently, using cond as my layer1 with ports on the same layer too.
I am using ADS 2003. I tried using the default siprial microstrip template, but I dun seem to able to get my S11 & S22 graph. Can anyone advise? Help grealy appreciated!
