help on schottky curve Freq vs Vout

Pls, i tried to draw Frequency versus Output volatge for schottky diode and for diffrent value of Pinput but i did not find the same curve (or no thing) to data sheet.

look in attached file......Where is th pb ? how can i draw the curve ?
