matlab instalation problem

Hello Everyone;
I want to instal MATLAB on my PC, but problem occurs. In every try, after installing MATLAB and some of toolboxes, the installation process slows and it seems that my PC hunks! My CPU is Pentium IV 2.4GHz. Does MATLAB needs higher CPUs?
