balun inductance

I want to know the balun inductance from the manual
From the plot below,
It seems the Q is about 24.
in the case when the impedance is 50ohm, then at 2.4GHz the inductance is about 81nH
Am I right?

Can you share the calculation for Ind and Cap?

Q=abs(wL/R)
U got the Q and the R then u can calculate the L

What about Cap?
Can balun realized without Caps?

if the L is known then you can easily find the C using the oscillation frequency,right?
