I am designing a 200W, IMD3< -40dBc amplifier for 30-88MHz application, I am going to using MRF6VP2600 of freescale.The test circuit(225MHz) are as follows:
There are two baluns(T1 and T2) , they are coaxial line transformers, is there anyone known the parameters of these baluns(length and Zo)? (Baluns are made by Comm Concept, and I have email Comm Concept company, but they didn’t reply me)
Since the Comm Concept company didn’t reply me, is there any other products I can use to substituted for T1 and T2?
Maybe I have to make it myself, can you give me some reference on how to make a balun like these?

Comm Concept didn’t send you the information because they want to buy from them, not to build yourself.
The datasheet of the transistor from Freescale shows somehow the dimensions of these baluns (on the layout schematic). But you have to find the impedance of the coax cables used.
These papers gives an idea how to design the baluns:

I think I have told them I want to buy from them,I will give them another email. But is there any other company make the similar product?
