how to simulate vias inADS

i wand to create vias in the below strcture by ADS for resonator
FreeSpace
silicon
//////// GND ////////

what is the procedure?

Like that :

hi i am using only silicon layer
i wand to make hole in this(i want to simulate that effect in ADS.)

In the pull down menu (NAME) choose diel instead of cond. Then enter the parameters for silicon.
