Help needed in designing Ultra Wideband LNA

I am designing an UWB LNA with the frequency band of 1G-10GHz in Cadence gpdk 90nm technology.
It will be virtual simulations in cadence environment.
Can anyone tell me how can I get the impedance matching for such a wide range?
Should I just design one circuit for the whole range of 1G-10G or should I divide the design for various Wideband LNAs and then combine all together?
Pls. help as soon as possible.

Hi,
Amplifiers operating with bandwidths like the one you have are typically designed in so called distributed amplifier topology. Look for the topic in the literature as it is not trivial to explain without pictures and a lot of words. You can use the following books:
