LTCC allignment issue

Hi all
I am facing problem in aligning different layers of green tape i dont have any automated system and the fiducials are not very reliable, any suggestion how to do it any proposed handmade setup would be appreciated.

Handmade setup is always problem.
For improvement, you can select the bigger panel, use of magnifiers, increase one more fiducial i.e two fiducials per corner and try to align.
