Switch FET modeling

Hi,

I need help concerning the nonlinear switch model developed by Dr.K.Yhland ("A Symmetrical HFET/MESFET Model Suitable for Intermodulation Analisys of Amplifiers and Resistive Mixers").

I'm trying to find some information about the Ids equations and the extraction of its parameters.
