S-band vco mmic

I searched for mmic vco that covers the S-band ,
if u have any idea :articles , books , publications?

have a look at maxim homepage they have some integrated vcos,
orat analog devices -> adf4360-x series with adf3460-1 especially-
depends on requirements, otherwise use a vco and
one of those single chip pll circuits
