how to do optimization in micro waves office

i had made my fyp i.e. designing and fabricaion of millimeter wave detector...but there are some problems i am suffering from..the only soultion to them is to optimise it through m.w. office...kinly some 1 tell me the procedure of doing optimization in micro waves office.

First set the optimizer Goal , then select the parameters which you want to vary then finally run the Optimizer with default Optimization method...
