Design of LP filter for Microstrip patch antenna using IE3D

Hi to All,

I wanna design the low pass filter which should be placed after the receiving antenna using IE3D. Can someone help me in this regard. Anyone have the manual or step by step procedure to design such filter. Also pls write to me that how i can connect the filter with the existing antenna in simulation.
