Time division duplex switch

hi,

we are working on duplexer with a pair of transmitters and recievers, in between a switch is required with TIME DIVISION DUPLEX type.

IS THERE ANY SWITCH (DISCRETE IC) AVAILABLE LIKE THAT? any digital TDD switches (ICs) are thers with any of the vendors, please let me know.....
